Experience - What we do

We use “state of the art” computers and software that enables our clients to review the product quickly and easily from our initial conceptual layouts through to the drawings for manufacture.

All the drawings we produce are drawn using the latest available CAD software from Unigraphics. In using the Solid Edge software we provide a greater degree of accuracy to the components designed and have the ability to update both models and drawings instantaneously. Within the software is an enhanced 3D graphic facility that enables OTDS to provide its clients with a photo realistic impression of the product designed. These images can be used to help the client with its approvals and product acceptance process as well as providing the manufacturer/installer with clearer understanding of the project.

Currently the company works with third parties for FEA, VAB Acceptance and Approvals and Project Management. This enables the client to cherry pick the relevant individuals within companies, therefore bringing the right level of experience to the project.
