The company was formed in April 2004 to provide a fresh and innovative approach to both mechanical engineering design and product development.

MANAGING DIRECTOR & OWNER
Brian Chadwick
Brian is a highly competent and accomplished Design Manager with over 35 years of experience within the Rail Industry. Starting his career as an apprentice within the former Derby Carriage and Wagon Works in 1982, he eventually worked his way up into the design group within BREL, before working at Brush Traction and then as an associate designer. Brian has worked in various roles throughout the years until forming On Track Design Solutions back in April 2004. His day to day responsibilities include leading the design team throughout the project lifecycle and also to be the main focal point for our clients.
